About Young Healthwatch

The purpose of Young Healthwatch is to empower young people and amplify their voices and views about health and social care services. The Young Healthwatch volunteers decide on what issues they work on, ranging from mental health to GP services. There are plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and share new ideas.

You will have access to a wide range of training opportunities, and you will be making a real difference in shaping health and social care services for you and your community.

In this initial phase of the project, we are looking to recruit up to 6 young people, aged 16-24, to assist us with launching the program. In turn, we will support you to work on a health and social care project that really matters to YOU!
