Community Diagnostics Consultation

NHS North East London is in the process of looking for a few residents to help choose an organisation to provide community diagnostics services such as ultrasounds, MRIs, endoscopy and cardiology.
Existing services are coming to the end of contract and they would like to provide equal services across boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest so that all patients receive the same level of care.
We would like to bring together a group of local people to know:
- What a good complaints process would look and feel like?
- What they would expect a service provider to do to maintain their privacy, dignity and confidentiality?
- What they would expect a provider to do to ensure all residents could access services?
Reimbursement - £25 in vouchers plus reasonable travel costs. Interpreters can be available if required.
