'Sick of Waiting' – Patient Transport - Campaign Survey

Healthwatch Newham, alongside the National Kidney Federation (NKF), Age UK London, The Greater London Forum for Older People and London Region National Pensioners Convention, have signed up to the 'Sick of Waiting' campaign.

Healthwatch Newham, alongside the National Kidney Federation (NKF), Age UK London, The Greater London Forum for Older People, Healthwatch Newham and London Region National Pensioners Convention, have signed up to the 'Sick of Waiting' campaign for reliable, accessible patient transport for everyone who needs it.

However, there have been reports that the patient transport system – designed to ensure that everyone can access healthcare – isn’t working.

As a consequence, we want to hear from Newham residents on your experiences of patient transport, and are therefore fully behind the 'Sick of Waiting' – Patient Transport Survey.

The survey is live until 31st July, 2014, and can be completed:

  • Online
  • By post
  • By phone

For more information, and to complete the survey online, please visit:-

Healthwatch Newham shall also be taking printed copies of the Survey to its community outreach/engagement events, over the summer, for local residents to fill out, and we shall ensure postage.

The Survey is further downloadable below, and can be sent independently by post to: Transport for All, 336 Brixton Road, London SW9 7AA.
