Free Mystery Shopper Training for Deaf Residents

What Is Mystery Shopping?
It is a tool used to measure quality of service, compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about services. It is a snap shot research technique.
The People We Need
Healthwatch is currently recruiting deaf volunteers who use British Sign Language (BSL). We recognise that BSL users are one of the most underrepresented groups within our organisations. This pilot project has been commissioned to enable us to understand and support deaf people and reduce barriers to inclusion.
Training
Training and support will be given. We are working closely with the British Deaf As-sociation (BDA) to ensure all support is appropriate. This is a one day training course on Wednesday 15th April 2015 9.30am—3pm. Training Venue: Central London location to be confirmed.
Expenses and payment: Reasonable out of pocket expenses can be claimed. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
