Warm Homes in Newham
Age UK East London has been funded by E.ON and First Utility, with the approval of the energy regulator Ofgem, to address the causes of fuel poverty and prevent unnecessary suffering of older people during winter.
The aim of the programme will be to provide information and advice sessions on benefits, money and related issues to people in later life with the aim of maximising income for older people by ensuring they claim the benefits that they are entitled to and getting the support they need to live independently.
Home visits will be available but you may have to wait longer than if you can attend appointments at our offices in Barking Road.
