We are looking for an experienced and organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of Healthwatch Newham and Healthwatch Waltham Forest.
You will manage operational activity, support staff and volunteers, maintain strong governance processes, and ensure that insight gathered from local people leads to meaningful improvements.
