New Community Anticoagulation Service provider

From 1st January 2026, the Community Anticoagulation Service in Newham will be provided by Waltham Forest Federated GP Network.

This service supports patients at elevated risk of blood clots, strokes, and heart attacks by monitoring their anticoagulation medications such as Warfarin. 

Clinics will be held at:

Plashet Medical Centre, 152 Plashet Road, Upton Park,E13 0QT 

Westbury Road Medical Practice, 32 Westbury Road, Forest Gate, E7 8BU

Claremont Clinic, 459-463 Romford Road, Forest Gate, E7 8AB

Wordsworth Health Centre, 9 Wordsworth Avenue, Manor Park, E12 6SU
