CQC report on Newham Council's Adult Social Care Services
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) have assessed of Newham Council's Adult Social Care services.
The overall rating was Requires Improvement.
Nine criteria are assessed on a scale of one to four where one is Inadequate, two is Requires Improvement, three is Good and four is Outstanding.
The authority's score was right on the boundary of Requires Improvement and Good. The council have requested a review of one or more its ratings as just one extra mark would put it in the "Good" rating category.
