You can collect your hospital prescription from your local pharmacy as Barts Health are rolling out a new electronic prescribing service across their hospitals.
When your clinician prescribes medication during your outpatient appointment or emergency department visit, they can now send the prescription electronically to the community pharmacy of your choice anywhere in England, No more queueing at the the hospital pharmacy or having to make a separate trip to the hospital just to collect your medication.
